About This Site.
4A's class website has been created to give an example of how technology can enhance the learning experiences for many primary school students. It is now understood that technology plays an important role in the education of today's students. Not only are they highly motivated by digital media, but it is also necessary for them to learn technological skills if they are going to become successful members of our future society (Shelly, Gunter, G.A., & Gunter, R. E., 2010).
It is also understood that today's students have adapted their learning to suit the digital revolution and that classrooms must now cater for this new generation of digital learners (Shelly, Gunter, G.A., & Gunter, R. E., 2010). Digital learners prefer fast paced active learning. They are visual learners who become engaged in interactive activities, which provide image sound and video (Shelly, Gunter, G.A., & Gunter, R. E., 2010). Therefore, website such as this will help provide students with the best opportunities to enhance their learning.
